From Anne's "raspberry cordial" to Madam Rosmerta's mulled mead and Falstaff's sack, from Hemingway's famed love of absinthe to Walker Percy's of bourbon, drinks have long played pivotal roles not only in literature but in the process of creating it.

This evening, we will taste several of history's most famous and unique libations (with food, of course!), and immerse ourselves in readings, dramatic dialogues, songs, and more from some of the wittiest drinkers (we mean thinkers!) to ever put pen to page.

In order to keep the evening interactive and intimate, this event will be limited to 20 people.

Costumes optional.
