ANSELM SOCIETY BOOK CLUB

You're invited to the next Anselm Society Book Club meeting, Saturday, September 18, 2021, at 6:30 pm. We're dipping our toes into Tolstoy!

We are reading a short story by Leo Tolstoy, "What Men Live By." Here's a free PDF. Do try to read ahead, if you are able, but come even if you're not. You never know — you might see one of our regular members, Brian Thomasson (who claims "lots" of Russian ancestry) perform prisyadka (squat dancing). Or maybe he'll just bring borscht or Rugelach. Bringing a snack to share is welcomed!

We are still deliberating what longer work to explore next. We would love your input.
