Why are we so attracted to story? Movies, podcasts, books, and even our own social media accounts tell stories. We create them without even thinking about it, and consume them voraciously. Why?

Because we desperately want to know that we are part of a story that matters.

This is why the Anselm Society exists. To help people see the connective tissue in the stories they love, and the Great Story, and their own story. To help artists create in such a way that they are not only in a part of the great story, but add to it and help others see it afresh. And to help churches rediscover their role and their ability to help people and artists in this way, so that knowing and living in to this reality is the norm rather than the exception in Christianity.
